Overview

The Kasto RADIAL U7 is a premium, vertical-style circular cold saw designed for the fast and burr-free cutting of tubes, profiles, and solid materials. Unlike standard abrasive chop saws, the U7 utilizes a slow-speed HSS blade and flood coolant to produce a "milled" finish that is cool to the touch and requires zero secondary deburring.

This 2016 model features a semi-automatic cycle: with a single foot switch or button press, the machine clamps the material, performs the cut with a controlled hydraulic/pneumatic feed, and returns the head to the home position—drastically reducing operator fatigue and increasing throughput.
