The Heliarc 353i is designed for high-spec aluminum and stainless steel fabrication. Unlike older transformer "tanks," this inverter-based system provides a much faster, more responsive arc that can be fine-tuned via the digital interface for specialized aerospace or automotive work.

• Exceptional AC/DC Control: Adjustable AC Frequency (20–200 Hz) and AC Balance (10–90%) allow the operator to focus the arc cone and manage the "cleaning" vs. "penetration" ratio—critical for high-quality aluminum welds.
• Pulse TIG Mastery: Features both DC and AC pulsing. High-frequency DC pulsing (up to 300 Hz) stabilizes the arc and narrows the heat-affected zone, while AC pulsing (up to 2 Hz) is perfect for thin-gauge aluminum.
