Description

This 1990s-2000s era production vise combines a lightweight, hard-coated 6061-T6 aluminum body with hardened ground stainless steel rails to provide a perfect balance of maneuverability and industrial-grade rigidity. Unlike traditional heavy cast-iron vises, the Bock Series allows for easier table setups while maintaining a high clamping force of 4,700 lbs.

A standout feature is the Quick-Change Jaw System, which allows operators to swap part setups in under a minute. The unit also features a fully sealed lead screw to prevent chip packing and coolant contamination, ensuring long-term reliability and a location repeatability of ±0.0005".
